Israel Announces Agreement with Morocco to Open Embassies in Both Countries

Al-Taj News – Israel announced Wednesday evening that it had reached an agreement with Morocco to open embassies in both countries.

Washington and Tel Aviv reiterated in the statement their recognition of Morocco’s sovereignty over the entire territory of Western Sahara.

The two countries signed a peace agreement in 2020 as part of the Abraham Accords, under U.S. sponsorship.
